a three tongued bumble bee!!

I kind of like these yellow and black adidas.. I don't wear sneakers often, but I think i'd buy a pair like this :)

I was a bit of an animal yesterday. . .

I wore my new nine west snake print sandals, in neutral color. I wore them with a blue fitted dress from AA and my very cool owl necklace that I just got this past week.
Oh, where did I wear them? to an event @ the Tribeca Grand with my lovely friends and we enjoyed stoli and loud music and fake lady gagas and the crappy weather!

also- FYI about the shoes: maybe it is because it was the first time I wore them out, but they were not the most forgiving pair, they don't have as much support as they should!

Last Thursday was the farewell of my two favorite London boys EVER (Sam and Mike)
and we decided it was the perfect night for Little Branch, so that is exactly where we went! Of course, we HAD to end the night at the Underground.

Anyway, I put together (very last minute) an outfit pieced together to look like a dress, and since I went with a monochromatic scheme, I decided to add in the red trench, red pumps, and leopard bag. (red bag would have been too much, and my black and white bag was not the right style for the look. So i have this fabulous white h&m halter vest, and I layered two poofy bell skirts, one white, and one black, with the black on top. Went with the classic red lips, and went OUT ON THE TOWN!!!

It was a lovely night, featuring excellent picture taking from Nick and Lara!.





And naturally, i was at the Underground so before it started pouring again i chose to run home and change into a casual outfit to get PROPERLY drunk in!

New shoes!!

Yes... I needed a pair of strappy shoes, I was just saying it!

So I was out shopping with my sister and fell in love with these.

Cork heel and that gorgeous rich tan color... I slapped them on to break them in with my jeans and basic tee/vest combination.

I got a black pair (patent/buckles) so stay tuned to see those!!!!

I can't wait to wear these with a dress!!

There is no way I am the only one

Her hair looked fucking gross. It was like greasy and matted down on top, and then dry and frizzy as shit at the ends.

Not to mention she's got a cute body but must weigh 17lbs soaking wet... Her DOME looked HUGE.

The dress is cute, i'll grant her that. The shoes, nice, but I don't think I would have paired them with that dress, there are a dozen other choices... But I guess if Megan Fox had done something normal, that wouldn't be her.

I really am mostly just wishing she had done something better with that hair.

The shoes themselves- I do more or less love them. This is a style I do not have yet. Excessive straps - I fear they will shorten my legs, or just make them look stumpier. I found this fantastic pair of blue strappy shoes at Zara, and they did not have my size. I literally contemplated a pair that was a size too small. I opted out. very sad.

Try not to be distracted by the background in the pictures, and by the strange coloring. This is not my camera :/ And I haven't really adjusted the settings.

Anyway, this is definitely one of my favorite dresses, and I have already worn these shoes once- I am completely in love. I actually ended up putting on my cowboy boots because of the shitty weather, but this was the planned outfit.

I wore these really cool peacock colored embroidery thread earrings and the belt that I usually wear with this dress, and some gold jewelry.

Not really a fan of hers. I think it is because all of her obnoxious movie characters are a bit too believable, deeming her extra annoying.

But i LOVE THESE SHOES. I love how she wore them with that gorgeous little mini and the color combination. A+ if you ask me.
